Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans using proven best practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapies, adapting them to meet the unique requirements of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring the protection of patient confidentiality.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment quality and share insights with colleagues.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
