Accounts Receivable Cash Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Receivable Cash Specialist Job ID: 89323 Location: Austin, Texas What you will be doing:
- Ensure the accuracy of invoices.
- Receive check and electronic payments and apply them to the appropriate invoices.
- Review closing statements for each home sale to ensure accuracy of receipts.
- Update internal CRM with all relevant transaction details.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Accounts Receivable experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver results efficiently.
- Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and other accounting applications preferred, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- General math skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Confidence to ask questions, seek clarification, and ensure accuracy.
- Reliable, process-oriented, and highly organized with a strong commitment to quality
