Job Description Job Description Veterinary Receptionist – Spay & Neuter Clinic (Part-Time)
We are a fast-paced Spay and Neuter Clinic seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. This role requires excellent phone, written, and people skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Able to communicate in Spanish
Experience in a veterinary field
Familiarity with Avimark veterinary software
Requirements:
Comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes and breeds
Not afraid of or allergic to animals
Willing to assist with basic cleaning related to animal care
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Part-time: 28 hours per week
Potential to become full-time (38 hours/week) based on clinic needs and performance
Pay:
$15.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
