Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales / Commerce) Location: Irvine, CA (4 days onsite weekly) Employment Type: Direct-hire Compensation: $190,000 (based on experience) plus annual bonus . We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and IT teams to drive enhancements, support operations, and optimize Salesforce-powered business processes. . This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise with hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting revenue-generating applications. What You'll Do Support, analyze, and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Compliance-related platforms Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configurations, and technical solutions Serve as a key point of contact for platform support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency Document requirements, configurations, process flows, and technical solutions Lead and participate in UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and release activities Support end-user adoption through training, communication, and ongoing system support Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions What We're Looking For 7+ years of Business Analysis, Salesforce, or related IT application experience 5+ years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and B2B Commerce environments Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and support Experience with application lifecycle and DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or similar technologies Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments Salesforce certifications are highly valued Why This Opportunity?
