Senior Business Analyst - Retail, Small Business Banking

Responsibilities Apply strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges Identify business challenges and opportunities for improvement Perform modeling/analytics for new product and pricing strategies Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts Create risk models and test hypotheses using rigorous monitoring Develop hypotheses, test analysis, and lead implementation efforts Work closely with colleagues across Capital One to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability Requirements At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field A Master's Degree in a quantitative field is preferred 1+ years of experience in Statistical model building 1+ years of experience in market research
