IT Support Specialist

San Jose, CA 95138 Our client is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join their team. In this role you will be part of the IT support team supporting end users in a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have prioritization skills, troubleshooting skills, and communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: IT Support Specialist Location: San Jose, CA Pay Range: $29.56/hr What’s the Job? Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technical issues. Deploy and provision end-user hardware, including imaging, software installation, asset management, and workstation setup. Support Active Directory administration, including account administration and password management. Handle access control and system support responsibilities. What’s Needed? Experience providing Tier 1 desktop support in a corporate environment. Experience prioritizing and resolving competing support requests. Experience deploying and provisioning end-user hardware. Experience with imaging, software installation, asset management, and workstation setup. Experience supporting Active Directory, including account administration, password management, access control, and system support. What’s in it for me?
