Part Time Administrative AssistantYouthfront, a non-denominational youth ministry based in Kansas City, KS, is committed to helping youth build faith, friendships and leadership, and to providing support for families, churches and youth ministry workers. The organization is seeking a part time administrative assistant. The ideal candidate is highly attentive to detail, well organized, and good with numbers. This position is approximately 15-20 hours weekly and is eligible for paid time off. Though the position will be mostly fixed hours, the selected candidate will have some agency in mutually setting a schedule that works for both the organization and the individual.Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableCheck mail and create deposits, tracking donations and paymentsPrint and mail checksEnter expense reports and purchase orders into Quick BooksSubmit online bill payments as assignedEnsure assigned vendor accounts are correctly logged in accounting system and budgetCamp Program Administration and SupportUtilize program database and other resources to answer questions, adjust registrations, and process refunds, as neededReceive group reservation requests, create group holds, communicate with group leaderReceive and respond to financial assistance requestsMaintain camp waitlistUpdate Quick Count Master weeklyPetty cash administrationOrder office supplies for campsCustomer SupportAnswer phone and emails during assigned office hoursGreet guests who visit headquartersMisc. DutiesAttend weekly staff meetings and administrative team check-insMaintain a working knowledge of Basecamp project management system, including setting and maintaining task deadlinesBe available to assist with annual financial auditPurchase office supplies and maintain office equipment such as copy machine/printer and postage machineOther misc. projects as assignedJob Type: Part TimeSalary Range: Up to $29,999
