Nursing Scheduler Staffing Coordinator Salary: $24-28/Hr

Nursing Scheduler Staffing Coordinator Qualifications:

Must have Long Term Care Experience in staffing
Must have at least 2 years experience in a fast paced office setting

Nursing Scheduler Staffing Coordinator Responsibilities:

Create completed monthly schedule for nursing employees according to facility needs and budget
Use company software to effectively and consistently create schedule according to facility needs and budget
Report open shifts to HR and Administration for hiring purposes
Manage employee vacations, FMLA Leave, PTO, Sick, and Light Duty in the monthly schedule
Fill open shifts in the daily schedule as a result of call-outs or no call no show
Track absences, lateness, call-outs and no call no shows and report to the Director of Nursing for disciplinary action if necessary
Provide daily reports to Administration with number of employees who worked each day
Perform other related job duties as required
