Staff Assistant – Patient Placement TeamBaystate Health is seeking a part-time Staff Assistant to support the Manager of Patient Placement at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys providing administrative support and working collaboratively with leaders and staff across a healthcare organization.Key Responsibilities:Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, and other administrative materialsManage calendars, meetings, appointments, and department communicationsReceive and respond to telephone calls, visitors, and routine inquiriesMaintain department records, files, and administrative systemsAssist with department budgets, purchasing, invoices, and expensesCollaborate professionally with hospital leadership, medical staff, and colleaguesQualifications:High School Diploma or GED2+ years of office or medical practice experienceStrong organizational, communication, and computer skillsProficiency with word processing and spreadsheetsSchedule & Location:Part-time, 24 hours per weekMonday–Friday, business hoursApproximately 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with some flexibilityBaystate Medical Center | Springfield, MAWe strive to be the place where we can help you build the career you deserve – apply today – YOU belong at Baystate!We offer competitive total compensation that includes pay, benefits, and other recognition programs for our employees.
