Associate Director, Market Access Intelligence

Associate Director for Market Access Intelligence at Bristol Myers Squibb leads analysis of Most Favored Nation pricing developments and international pricing strategy across priority markets. The role involves managing an AI-enabled intelligence platform, producing executive communications, and supporting senior leadership decision-making within Global Pricing & Health Systems Analytics.
Responsibilities
- Monitor MFN and international pricing developments across priority markets; interpret company strategies and payer/government responses
- Assess new signals for relevance and impact; maintain knowledge base and early-warning narratives with current evidence
- Produce team publications including executive newsletter, alerts, and periodic summaries from source review to final delivery
- Review AI platform content for accuracy, sourcing, and relevance; recommend roadmap improvements based on gaps and user needs
- Lead self-serve enablement across Market Access through training, user guides, office hours, and usage analytics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5–7 years pharma, healthcare, or consulting experience in market access, pricing, or competitive intelligence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort presenting to senior leaders
- Ability to synthesize large information volumes into concise, accurate writing for executives
- Strong judgment forming clear viewpoints from incomplete or conflicting information
- Self-directed work ethic delivering quality output in fast-paced environments
- Comfort using or willingness to learn AI tools
Compensation: $157,030–$190,282 base
