Physician Primary Care

Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Schedule: Full-Time | Outpatient Primary Care

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a dynamic and respected primary care team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver patient-centered care in a supportive environment committed to clinical excellence and community health. The position is ideal for physicians who value long-term patient relationships and enjoy preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic medical conditions
Conduct preventive health evaluations, physical exams, and wellness visits
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on disease prevention and lifestyle modifications
Maintain precise and timely electronic medical records
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, specialists, and support staff

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
