Opportunity Details- Position Type: Full-Time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with in-person coverage and additional weekend rounding and call responsibilities.
- Location: Ann Arbor, Michigan
- Specialty: Psychiatry
- Hospital Information: The facility features a 28-bed inpatient psychiatric unit and a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) with 24 chairs.
This position encompasses a mix of consult-liaison services, along with the chance to cover the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
- Team Size: 5 attending physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
- Teaching Opportunities: Engage in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents within a collaborative academic setting.
- Call Requirements: Participate in a consult call rotation.

- Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain one)

- ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring activities
- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
