SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Overview We are hiring immediately for full time Shift Supervisor positions. Location: University of North Florida, 1 UNF Drive, Building 14, Jacksonville, FL 32224. Online applications accepted. Requirement: At least 2 years of previous food service supervisory experience is required. Compensation Pay Range: $18.50 per hour to $23.00 per hour. Perks Perks: Free shift meal! Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity, and safety expectations are met. Act as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off. Mentor and develop employees; encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
