Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

This role is for a board-eligible or board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon in a downtown Chicago private practice with a 45-year history . The position involves full-scope oral surgery including dental implants, full-arch reconstruction, bone grafting, dentoalveolar surgery, pathology, and office-based anesthesia, with hospital-based and reconstructive work through affiliated hospitals. It offers a faculty appointment at a leading medical school and an associate clinical professor role with a residency program, teaching interns and residents. The practice is fee-for-service with a light call schedule and a supportive team. Compensation exceeds $400,000 annually , including a $10,000 signing bonus , with additional earnings based on production . Benefits cover malpractice, health insurance, and licensing fees, with partnership eligibility after five years .
