Event Planner

E-Logic is hiring an Event Planner to coordinate the logistical execution, venue coordination, badging, and onsite operations for large-scale DARPA technology demonstration events for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and DARPA Science & Technology (S&T) programs initiatives. Key Responsibilities Coordinate event site selection, space leasing, vendor scheduling, and venue layout planning. Manage registration sites, security badging plans, staff uniforms, catering, and VIP host logistics. Perform onsite management during build-up, execution, and tear-down at military test ranges across the country. Qualifications High School Diploma / No degree required. General experience in areas related to event logistics or a professional event planning certification. Must be willing to travel to various domestic and OCONUS test locations.
