Product Manager L6, Data Platform - Analytics Experience

Role Description

We are seeking a highly technical Product Manager to lead Data Developer & Analytics Experiences within the Analytics Platform & Experiences team. Your primary mission is to deliver a unified, AI-native experience that spans how practitioners build data assets, build and operate data agents, and orchestrate data workflows at scale.

• Own the practitioner “inner loop”; SQL and Python-first code authoring in AI-native IDEs (Cursor, Claude Code, JupyterLab).
• Manage Python libraries, lifecycle and CLI tooling, data quality tooling, and the developer experience for building data agents that can securely discover, query, and act on data.
• Own the end-to-end experience for defining, scheduling, executing, monitoring, and operating data workflows.
• Focus on dependency management, backfills, retries, and workflow observability.
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and data leaders to shape product direction.
• Deliver impactful capabilities across developer productivity, workflow orchestration, data quality and observability, and AI-native development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Product Management experience (or equivalent technical role) in complex technical domains.
• Strong knowledge of modern analytics architectures and data developer tooling.
• Demonstrated passion for Analytics with a pulse on emerging trends.
• Proven track record of managing product portfolios in complex technical domains.
• Deeply understands user needs through continuous engagement.
• Analytical mindset that leverages quantitative and qualitative data.
• Creates psychological safety through vulnerability and assuming best intent.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Builds reputation through consistent, high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Comfortable discussing technical design trade-offs and system quality attributes with engineering teams.
• Familiarity with the practitioner stack: IDEs and notebooks (Cursor, JupyterLab, VS Code), Python/SQL developer tooling.
• Ability to connect business objectives with user needs.
• Experience in articulating the ROI of technical investments in business terms.
• Ability to make timely decisions that provide clear direction.
• Skilled at giving and receiving feedback with a growth mindset.
