About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Client Services to lead account management and grow client partnerships across a broad regional portfolio. The role oversees a large team of account leads and managers, driving revenue, client satisfaction, service quality, media performance, insights, and partnership strategy. Responsibilities include refining service delivery, aligning resources to client needs, improving operational rigor and cross-functional collaboration, and establishing clear standards and accountability. The leader will also promote a high-performance, supportive culture and work with sales stakeholders to achieve shared revenue goals. Candidates should bring extensive experience managing large teams, including managers, and a record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a quota-carrying leadership role. A strong background in advertising and marketing technology, along with a deep understanding of client experience and performance, is required. The role also calls for strong data skills, including the ability to use team insights and independently analyze information in spreadsheets and systems. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, accountability, and a commitment to supporting high-performing teams.
