About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Revenue Operations to take on a pivotal role in the organization. This senior leadership position is not limited to traditional revenue management; the successful candidate will be a strategic and operational leader with a strong focus on revenue strategy, people leadership, and P&L orientation. The role involves overseeing a large multi-market portfolio, leading a team of senior revenue management leaders, and being responsible for significant revenue outcomes across the national footprint. The Vice President of Revenue will also be instrumental in shaping the company's commercial operating model, integrating newly acquired businesses, and driving commercial performance in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment. Candidates for this role should be entrepreneurial, commercially minded operators with a proven track record in driving revenue in a complex, multi-location business. While experience in hospitality or a dynamic-pricing environment is relevant, the company is open to exceptional operators from other consumer and service industries. The ideal candidate will have significant leadership experience, a strong knowledge of revenue management and commercial strategy, and the ability to influence and operate effectively across a matrixed organization.
