About the Role

The Company is seeking a US VP of Sales to lead the introduction and establishment of its transformer products in the United States market. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial sales leader to build a business from the ground up, rather than inheriting a mature territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and nurturing customer relationships, building sales channels, and developing a long-term foundation for the company's operations in North America. The role demands a strategic vision and the ability to execute tactically, with a focus on market presence, direct sales to electric utilities, and expansion into commercial and industrial markets. Candidates for this role should have a deep understanding of the electrical power industry, including how decisions are made within utilities and large industrial organizations. Experience in sales related to transformers, power equipment, or electrical infrastructure products is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of opening new business opportunities and will possess a mindset that embraces challenges and is driven by the excitement of building and creating.
