Workday Learning Analyst

Supporting learner profile creation and data management, the remote Workday Learning Operations Analyst will focus on entering and maintaining learner-related data within the Workday Learning interface while utilizing Workday Audience Builder to organize learner populations. Key Responsibilities Enter and maintain learner-related data within Workday Learning Create and update learner profiles and support the maintenance of learner audiences Utilize Workday Audience Builder to identify and organize appropriate learner populations Required Qualifications Previous hands-on experience using Workday Learning Strong familiarity with the Workday Learning user interface Experience entering, updating, or maintaining learner information Hands-on exposure to Workday Audience Builder Ability to work through repetitive or high-volume data entry tasks
