Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a motivated Commercial Leasing Agent who is eager to gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate while making a positive impact in the community. This role is ideal for licensed real estate agents who are passionate about community and economic development and interested in building a career in commercial leasing. Experience in the field and understanding of commercial transactions is a plus. We are especially committed to engaging candidates who will bring a nontraditional perspective to the industry. We are eager to bring on someone with energy and creativity to be part of our emerging brokerage team and looking forward to growing with us. We are building on a strong reputation in Commercial Project and Property Management and the retail leasing successes we have brought for our clients. Key Responsibilities * Represent our client property owners in the leasing of retail, office, and mixed-use spaces. * Cultivate and manage tenant relationships to ensure long-term occupancy and successful business outcomes. * Assist with market research and analysis, including identifying emerging business districts and community development opportunities. * Conduct property tours and prepare lease proposals and marketing materials. * Collaborate with internal teams on economic development initiatives, helping to attract businesses that align with community needs. * Maintain accurate records of leads, transactions, and client communications. * Stay informed on local market conditions, zoning changes, and development projects in the Bay Area. Qualifications * Active California Real Estate Salesperson License (required). * Strong interest in commercial real estate, community development, and local economic growth . * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Curiosity, adaptability, and an eagerness to learn are essential — we welcome applicants from nontraditional career paths . * Spanish language proficiency preferred , to better support and engage with diverse communities.
