Personal Lines Account Manager / CSR

Benefits and opportunities for additional incentives! We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our agency! This role requires someone who is able to assess a client’s entire insurance situation, identify the types of coverage options that they will need, and then develop a trusted adviser relationship with the client. You will be responsible for managing clients and servicing their requests and policy renewals. Responsibilities Include: Customer sales and service of personal lines insurance policies. Working knowledge of commercial lines insurance coverage and policies. Ability to resolve client concerns and issues Review and recommend insurance coverages for clients Account round and cross-sell existing accounts Claim reporting and coordination Position Requirements Include: Must have MA Property & Casualty License or upon employment, individual must obtain within the initial 180 days. Working knowledge of insurance agency management software, insurance rating software and Microsoft Office. Preferred working knowledge of home, auto & commercial insurance coverage and terminology. Excellent phone and email communication skills. Good understanding of and ability to adapt to new technology. Ability to cross sell additional lines of business. Why Join Frye Agency?
