Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Tue 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Wed 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM; Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor and control entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to docks, warehouse areas, and other restricted locations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, trailer yards, loading areas, and perimeter, noting unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns. Support receiving and shipping operations by monitoring traffic flow, checking badges and/or visitor logs, and following post orders related to access control and property movement. Minimum Requirements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
