Communicate ongoing patient status and treatment plans with healthcare team members. Administer medications using advanced bar‑scanning and documentation technologies. Document patient assessments, plans of care, interventions, and evaluations electronically. Provide patient and family‑centered education to optimize health and wellness. Participate in multi‑disciplinary discharges to ensure safe transitions of care.
