Business Analyst Salesforce - Intermedio

We are looking for mid-level Business Analysts Salesforce to join our team. This role includes:

• Eliciting and documenting complex functional requirements.
• End-to-end modeling of business processes (Subscription, Claims).
• Preparing BRD/FSD documents.
• Analyzing gaps between Salesforce/Vlocity and business requirements.
• Configuring OmniStudio components.
• Managing the product backlog.
• Organizational and execution skills.
• Communicating and collaborating with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers as required by the project.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in functional consulting.
• Experience in digital transformation in the insurance sector.
• At least 1 completed Salesforce/Vlocity implementation.
• Experience with Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
• Work in multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Core (Accounts, Cases).
• Handling of OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors).
• Notation BPMN 2.0 and writing User Stories/Gherkin.
• Handling tools like Miro/Figma and basic SQL.
• Knowledge of languages is valued.
