Japanese Accounting AssistantAccounting Assistant Bilingual Japanese SpeakingA global electronic interconnect manufacturer providing RF cable assemblies, board-to-board connectors, and rugged systems.Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Japanese Accounting Assistant Details:Temp-to-Hire position$ 22.00 / hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)• Accurately enter financial data, journal entries, payroll and transactions into accounting software Sage accounting software.• Process vendor invoices, monitor employee expense reports, manage billing, and issue customer payments/receipts.• Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and ledger discrepancies to ensure all records balance.• Compile data for balance sheets and budget summaries, organize receipts, and provide documentation for internal or external audits.• Respond to inquiries regarding payment status and resolve billing disputes.Japanese Accounting Assistant Qualifications:Japanese SpeakingAccounting experienceAccount ManagingWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
