Human Resources Administrative Assistant
The HR Administrative Assistant is a key player in supporting the day-to-day HR operations of the hotel. From supporting their fellow associates to carrying out administrative duties, the HR Assistant does it all.
Here's a closer look at some of the things you'll be doing daily:
- Administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, issues parking key cards and more.
- Assist in the recruiting, screening and interviewing for all non-management hotel positions.
- Complete payroll and distribute paychecks as needed.
- Assist with all other duties as assigned.
At least 1 years' experience working in human resources is a plus, but not required. Most importantly, you're someone with strong communication skills, the ability to work with members at all levels of the organization, and someone who is able to embody and exemplify company culture.
