We employ customer-driven individuals that are dedicated to enhancing our warm and inviting farm-fresh shopping experience.Wilson Farm is looking for a full-time Maintenance Associate who will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, as well as inspecting and repairing broken machines and defective equipment to avoid delays in the operations. The starting rate for this position is $20/hour but depending on experience, it could be more.Performing routine building maintenance duties, including painting, minor electrical repairs, plumbing, carpentry and heating and ventilation systems maintenance as instructed by the Maintenance ManagerConducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect, identify and resolve problemsEnsuring that company premises and facilities are kept in clean and hygienic conditionCompleting administrative duties, such as filling out forms and reporting maintenance statuses to Maintenance ManagerMonitoring inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment and reporting needs to the Maintenance ManagerResponding to emergency calls for maintenance and repairsDiagnosing and troubleshooting issuesMaintaining safety of facility by following all safety standards, procedures and guidelinesFull-time (50+ hours/week), in-person work at Lexington locationWill be a mix of weekdays, weekend, and holiday daysHoliday periods may require more hours and flexibility in schedule to meet business needsExperience in maintenance roleSolid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical and mechanical systems etc.Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipmentPossession of valid state driver's licenseStrong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and managementFlexibility and adaptability as the job changesAbility to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisorsThis position requires frequent standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; ability to bend, stand and walk for long periods of timeAbility to lift, pull/push up to 50 lbs.Ability to work outside in all types of weatherCompetitive wages commensurate with experience.Health and Dental insurance with generous premium contribution by Wilson Farm401 (k) plan with employer match25% employee discountFriendly, customer-driven environmentWilson Farm, Inc. is an E/O/E.
