Strong candidates for this role will be able to demonstrate self-motivation, individual leadership, and team collaboration.  Most importantly, our OEES team will foster a culture of diversity and inclusion and drive innovation for our company and our clients.  You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Provide Epic product support including design, build, and testing for assigned Epic module(s) related to Epic Revenue Cycle/Billing applicationsCollaborate with end users to design and build the Epic system in a timely and professional manner and make corrective configuration or enhancementsTranslate user requirements into functional and technical design specifications and review with client(s) to ensure accuracy Serve as a mentor/subject matter expert to local and client-based team membersLead small to medium complexity Epic software upgrade initiatives or enhancements to workflows including the design, build, and test phasesParticipate in design and validation sessions and ensure appropriate documentation, follow-up and issue escalation occursFunction as a liaison between Revenue Cycle Operations (RCO), Information Technology (IT) and Third-Party SystemsProvide support of application incidents reported through the help desk; including 24/7 on call coverage as requiredObtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of software functionality; acquire and utilize knowledge of operational workflows to be implementedPerform in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic softwareWork with trainers to develop and maintain application specific training curriculum and materialsAdhere to organization standards for system configuration and change controlDevelop strong relationships with end user communities, customers, and business partnersAttend, participate in, and contribute to meetings throughout the facilityYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:College degree obtained e.g. Associate, Bachelors, Masters3+ years healthcare experienceDirect client healthcare domain knowledge such as, billing, customer service, denial management, collections, etc.Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The Salary range for Colorado residents is $66,100 to 118,300. The Salary range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $72,800 to $129,900.
