Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and progress, actively involving them in the therapeutic process.

• Provide high-quality individual therapy to adult clients, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.

• Utilize our advanced teletherapy tools to conduct effective virtual sessions, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services when necessary and formulate safety plans for clients in immediate distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellness Path, you will primarily work with a diverse array of adult clients facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role is pivotal in helping them navigate their struggles, facilitating coping strategies, and supporting them in achieving their mental health objectives.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is a prerequisite.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, paired with the ability to foster trusting relationships with clients.

• A compassionate, empathetic approach with a non-judgmental stance towards clients.

• Strong organizational skills and effective time management capabilities.

• A clean disciplinary record with no board actions against your licensure.
