$75,000–$150,000/year | Base + commission + bonuses | Uncapped earning potential

You'll sell and service Allstate's insurance solutions, build lasting relationships with your community, and help families protect what matters most — all while we invest in you with hands-on training, mentorship, and Allstate University's full course library.

What You'll Do

• Generate new business and grow relationships with existing clients

• Turn quality leads into loyal, lifelong clients

• Educate prospects on protecting their families and assets

• Deliver a great experience and bring energy to the team

What You Bring

• A drive to succeed in sales (experience preferred, insurance experience required)

• Willingness to obtain P&C and/or L&H licensing (already licensed? Even better!)

• Confidence, independence, and strong follow-through

• Great communication and people skills
