You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to grow our business and drive revenue. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our agency and, most importantly, the well-being of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and target referral sourcesBuild and maintain relationshipsEducate referral sourcesDevelop marketing materialsTrack and analyze dataGenerate and qualify leadsCollaborate with the care teamMaintain recordsMeet sales targetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
