We’re growing in Rootstown, OH 44272—and we’re searching for an operator who thrives around molding presses and extrusion lines. If problem-solving on the fly and reading a blueprint are second nature, keep reading.

Ask Yourself:

Do you enjoy running, monitoring, and dialing in production machinery to hit quality and output goals?
Can you interpret specs, work orders, and blueprints to set up equipment the right way the first time?
Are you proactive about routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent downtime?
Do you keep work areas clean, safe, and audit-ready?
Can you collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines without sacrificing safety?

Role Highlights

Operate a variety of machines (including molding and extrusion) for consistent, efficient production.
Perform changeovers, tool adjustments, and basic repairs; escalate issues as needed.
Document work as required and follow all company policies and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent; technical machine training is a plus.
Manufacturing/production background preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude with solid troubleshooting skills.
Independent worker who’s also a strong team contributor.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.
Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
