Peer Navigator: HIV Care & Health Education
CAMBA
CAMBA in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a dedicated Peer Navigator to support clients in the CMSS program. The role emphasizes maintaining client relationships, confidentiality, and guiding participants through health and social services.
