*Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Rep PAY:* $21/hour and $31.50 for OT
*Inbound Healthcare Customer Service Rep REQUIREMENTS:* 1+ year of Customer Service in Call Center or Office Setting
*Inbound **Healthcare Customer Service Rep Job Description:*

* Handling inbound calls and some follow up calls
* Answers calls and questions on prior authorization, general questions and some confidential information
* Great customer service with high level attention to detail.
* Entering information accurately
* Measured on Quality and Accuracy might range from 50-100 calls a day depending on complexity.
* Utilize multiple systems and programs to track information and update communication with customers
THIS IS 100% ON-SITE IN TEMPE ARIZONA!!!
MUST HAVE AVAILABILITY MONDAY-SUNDAY between 5AM-10PM!!! (8 hour shift!)
$21HR!!!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
