This is a salaried, full-time position based onsite in New York, NY. The Role We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team. This is a full-time assignment based onsite in New York, NY. Responsibilities Oversees all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws, alignment with organizational goals, and adherence to HR best practices. Acts as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting a positive, productive workplace culture and delivering high-quality employee services. Manages the full-cycle recruitment process, including workforce planning, job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, reference and background checks, offer preparation, compensation negotiations, onboarding, and talent retention strategies. Works closely with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Monitors recruitment performance metrics. Promotes equal employment opportunity practices. Supports workforce development and succession planning initiatives. Contributes to organizational growth. Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong commitment to employee and organizational success. Requirements At least three years of prior HR experience. Experience ideally within a four- or five-star hotel environment. Ability to communicate clearly. Ability to work transparently. Patience under pressure.
