Responsibilities
- Source, select, and hire qualified candidates through proactive pipelining
- Write job advertisements and coordinate postings across multiple media channels
- Review applications and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Partner with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify talent
- Consult with business leaders on market intelligence and staffing objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year recruiter or staffing function experience
- Knowledge of recruiting legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of recruitment market trends and candidate attraction
- Must be located in Central or Eastern US time zone
Compensation: $42,200.00 - $136,300.00 base
