This hands-on, builder role involves determining the right target audience, designing and running effective campaigns, and significantly impacting registration and customer acquisition costs. The Head of Member Growth and Acquisition will be responsible for end-to-end member acquisition, from identifying high-potential populations to driving registration and early activation, and will be expected to run bold experiments across the acquisition funnel, including various outreach methods and optimization of the signup flow.
