About One Life Recovery One Life Recovery LLC is a behavioral health and addiction treatment provider serving the South Shore of Massachusetts. We specialize in evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders through our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) , Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) , and outpatient services. Position Overview One Life Recovery is seeking an experienced, energetic, and relationship-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is a fully on-site position based in Rockland, Massachusetts. Each workday begins and ends at our office, with scheduled outreach throughout the South Shore, Greater Boston, and surrounding communities. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships that generate admissions into our PHP and IOP programs. This individual will represent One Life Recovery within the healthcare and recovery community while promoting our clinical services and strengthening our referral network. Responsibilities Build and maintain professional referral relationships with: Detoxification programs Hospitals and emergency departments Behavioral health providers Therapists and counselors Primary care physicians Social workers Case managers Sober living homes Recovery coaches Community organizations Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) Criminal justice and court systems Colleges and universities Veteran organizations Conduct daily in-person outreach visits throughout Massachusetts. Present One Life Recovery's treatment programs to healthcare professionals and referral partners. Promote our: Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Outpatient Services Recovery Support Services Attend networking events, health fairs, recovery meetings, and community events. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is competitive and negotiable based on experience, industry knowledge, existing referral relationships, and demonstrated results.
