Plant Manager Opportunity
The successful candidate will:
- have large plant experience (600 persons or larger)
- experience in Metal Fabrication or Machining or Assembly
- be strong in lean manufacturing
- have managed supervisors
- be open to rural lifestyle
- work in non union operations
- have HVAC experience a major plus
Plant is 1500-1700 person non union facility of app 800k square feet running 3 shifts. Successful candidate will have a track record of strong team building and steady career progression.
