Description

• Conduct patient evaluations in either an inpatient or outpatient environment, crafting personalized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions focused on enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation professionals to achieve optimal outcomes
• Provide education for patients and families on therapeutic goals, discharge plans, and home exercise routines
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
• Engage in team rounds and interdisciplinary discussions to guarantee coordinated patient care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
