Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you'll be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments for individuals and families, evaluating their mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans.

• Providing therapy and counseling to clients experiencing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to, substance abuse, emotional distress, family conflicts, grief, and adjustment difficulties.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions, implementing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to support recovery and coping mechanisms.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, referring clients to additional resources when necessary.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes within our EMR system, ensuring adherence to best practices and confidentiality.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and maintain applicable state licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be primarily serving a diverse patient population that includes individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Specific focus areas will encompass:

• Addressing relationship issues and conflicts, including marital discord, separation, and divorce.

• Supporting clients in overcoming challenges associated with grief, loss, and trauma.
\n
• Assisting those dealing with chronic stress from employment or medical issues.
\n
• Working with adolescents and children, particularly in blended families or situations involving custody arrangements.

• Helping clients navigate communication difficulties within family units, fostering stronger relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid and active state license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field; a Master's Degree is preferred.

Preferred Experience\n
