Hiring Engineering Techs- $1,500 180 day Bonus, 3 shifts Weekday and Weekend (BH-383718) Location: Austin, United States Sector: Manufacturing & Production Pay: $24 to $26 per hour Position: Engineering Technician Experience: 2+ years of experience required Type: 18‑month contract New Hire Completion Bonus: $500 after 90 days; $1,000 after 180 days Key Responsibilities Perform testing and maintenance on Ion Implanters and RF Plasma Systems Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions Support engineers and scientists in R&D and production environments Conduct preventive maintenance and document activities Assist in setup and qualification of new semiconductor equipment Qualifications Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, robotics, or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Proficient in reading schematics and technical manuals Excellent communication and documentation skills Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment Adherence to safety protocols and flexibility with shifts What You Bring Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team player with good communication and problem‑solving skills Willingness to learn and accept feedback Benefits Medical, dental, vision 401(k), life & disability insurance Weekly e‑payroll, direct deposit On‑site cafeteria Estimated Min Rate: $24.00 Estimated Max Rate: $26.00 Note: Any pay ranges displayed are estimations.
