Onboarding Specialist – Minneapolis, MN Seeking an Onboarding Specialist to support efficient onboarding of new hires in a dynamic retail environment. Responsibilities Creates requests for provisioning equipment and security access to provide efficient and timely access to mortgage applications, mobile email, business cards (initial order), telephones, computer equipment and other peripherals such as Wi‑Fi cards. Manages relationships with retail and retail expansion markets to respond, support and manage recruiting and hiring needs of the field. Manages relationships with all retail markets (traditional and expansion) to respond, support and manage new‑hire requests and activate them according to scheduled hire dates. Provides proactive communication so managers and supporting departments are connected with their initial onboarding. Bridges onboarding process to successfully enroll new hires into appropriate training programs, coordinating and responding to start‑date changes that affect registration, travel, enrollment and access. Consults with Security and HR Recruiting to quality‑check that onboarding connection points are effective. Connects new hires to other resources and intakes their requests to provide solutions and guidance to newly hired team members. Handles escalations or exceptions and proactively documents/communicates to leadership. Requirements Ability to anticipate the needs of internal clients. Exceptional client service skills. Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks. Clear ability to adapt quickly and remain agile and responsive. Benefits and Compensation The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave. Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
