Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychotherapy sessions and deliver other mental health services for clients from diverse backgrounds, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and familial conflict.

• Utilize a variety of diagnostic tools and psychological assessments to accurately assess and diagnose clients’ mental health needs.
\n
• Work collaboratively with students, families, and educators to develop individualized treatment plans that address specific mental health objectives and align with educational goals.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services as necessary, including thorough suicide risk assessments, and initiate appropriate hospitalizations when required to ensure student safety.

• Effectively liaise with other mental health professionals, educators, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for youth.
\n
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and case notes in accordance with established policies and compliance regulations.

• Support the implementation of clinical policies, assist in developing training materials, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service delivery.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and case consults to foster a culture of growth and teamwork.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will work primarily with students from elementary through high school, who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) and an active LCSW license.

• Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage complex cases effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, alongside a potential sign-on bonus.
