Your job is to bring that foundation into a new market: build the team, develop customer relationships, establish strong operating rhythms, and create an operation that can grow. That’s whatDoingtheImpossibleDailylooksatside. What You’ll Own Establishing and leading the new Central Texas operation. Branch performance across safety, operations, sales, people, and profitability. Bringing Omega Morgan operating practices and culture successfully into a new market. Building the local team and developing strong leadership and accountability. P&L, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, resource allocation, and margin protection. Customer relationships and business development throughout the market. Project readiness, manpower planning, backlog review, and operational performance. Coordination between sales, operations, field teams, and customers. Creating a visible, practical safety culture built around proactive risk identification and follow-through. Building an operation capable of sustainable long-term growth. Here’s What’s Required 5+ years of operations, project, or branch leadership experience in industrial services. Direct experience in rigging, heavy haul, crane, machinery moving, logistics, or a closely related operating environment. Experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasting, and operational performance. Demonstrated safety leadership. Experience leading field crews, supervisors, project managers, salespeople, or cross-functional operating teams. Strong customer-development, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to make good decisions in a fast-moving operating environment. Ability to travel within the market and work extended hours when operational needs require it. You’ll Need to Be Able To Earn credibility with field teams and executives alike.
