What You'll Do

Provide inpatient psychiatric care for a diverse patient population
Manage an average of 18 patients per day in a 99-bed facility
Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with various disorders such as anxiety, affective, personality, developmental, psychotic, trauma, and substance use disorders
Administer pharmacotherapy and manage involuntary commitments as applicable
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice providers and psychologists
Use Wellsky EMR to document patient care and progress
Adhere to facility protocols and treatment standards

What You Need

Medical license in Delaware or eligible for licensure
Proven experience in inpatient psychiatry
Familiarity with involuntary commitments and pharmacotherapy
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing quality mental health care
