Exciting opportunity in Miami for an asset manager with commercial experience. My client is a is looking for an experienced, driven Asset Manager to join this commercial real estate firm in Miami with a strong national and international presence.

This is an opportunity to work directly with executive leadership, take ownership of key asset management initiatives, and play an important role in maximizing property performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate commercial real estate assets, with a focus on retail properties.
\n
• Work closely with senior leadership on lease negotiations, renewals, and dispositions.
\n
• Analyze property performance, valuations, budgets, and CAM expenses.
\n
• Evaluate capital improvements and ROI to identify opportunities to increase property value.
\n
• Support acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and other investment decisions.
\n
• Prepare financial models, market analysis, and recommendations to guide business strategy.
\n
• Work with legal, property management, and back-office teams to execute transactions and improve asset performance.
\n
• Help identify new business opportunities and strategies for long-term growth.

Qualifications

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
\n
• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate, asset management, finance, or a related field.
\n
• Strong experience with retail leases, lease negotiations, property budgets, valuations, and CAM.
\n
• Solid financial and analytical skills, with the ability to turn numbers into actionable recommendations.
\n
• A confident communicator who can work directly with senior leadership and present ideas effectively.
\n
• Someone who is proactive, business-minded, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.
