Recruitment and Selection Manager

Description
The Recruitment and Selection Manager must consistently provide remarkable experiences for the benefit of the team and the guests. This position focuses on recruiting and selecting team members who will support each restaurant in executing the Winning Hearts Every Day Strategy. This position works closely with the Director of each of our restaurants to ensure current and foreseeable staffing needs are met.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manages all job listings on Zippy App (our current recruiting platform) to ensure that they stay current and accurate.
- Timely monitoring of all applications on our recruiting platform for the purpose of quickly identifying potential candidates and setting up timely interviews.
- Completes the interview process, including:
-- Initial application questionnaire
-- Phone interviews
-- In Person interviews
-- Extending offers and initiating onboarding process
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key recruiting targets as a means of attracting applicants.
- Spotlight Guest Recovery
-- Monitors all Spotlight guest recovery of the restaurants.
-- Communicates trends to restaurant Senior Director and Director of Operations.
-- Reports trends to Operator, Executive Director, and Restaurant Directors.
- CEM Guest Recovery
-- Following up with guests who have requested contact after submitting a CEM survey.
-- Resolve open cases for all restaurants.
- Guest Recovery QR Code Responses
-- Recover guests using Spotlight or BOG’s via email or mail who have called the restaurant directly with feedback about recent orders.
