Litigation Attorney

We're seeking a dedicated Litigation Attorney to join our Litigation Case Development Practice Area . This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and is passionate about advocating for clients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal guidance and support to clients and their families throughout the litigation process. Manage cases from assignment through resolution, collaborating with attorneys, paralegals, and other departments to ensure timely and effective case progression. Conduct client depositions, including travel as needed to best serve clients. Maintain regular communication with clients to explain legal processes and provide case updates. Conduct legal research, investigations, and case development. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Handle motion practice when necessary. Participate in a rotating weekend call center schedule. Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law. 2–3 years of experience in Plaintiff's asbestos litigation strongly preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Ability to independently manage a caseload with minimal supervision. Critical thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
